Last year was pretty eventful with a few health challenges, hence the inconsistency with the blogging. Fret not! I have been busy, working on many exciting projects you will love, guaranteed; and I am looking forward to sharing them with you this year.
I just want to encourage you to keep dreaming and making little, teeny-weeny steps towards your goals, because it is the little steps that matter in the long run. Many people start the New Year making big resolutions and crash by week 2; I want to challenge you this year to ditch the big resolutions - instead consider the bigger picture and make one small change towards your goal. Say you are looking to lose 20 pounds this year, instead of going on a fad diet, detox or crazy fitness regime, try making a small change like drinking one more glass of water a day or sleeping one more hour a night. Little steps like these are easier to stick to and will have you completing your goal by this time next year.
