Hey guys happy Friday! Hope you have had a wonderful week, I had a pretty full on week and looking forward to some rest this weekend.

This morning I read about Arianna Huffington(founder of Huffington post) she said people took better care of their phones than they did their bodies! She said with most people after they get the 20% battery warning (typical of iPhones), they immediately reduce the rate they use power draining apps like camera or games and by 10% start looking for a charger. When it comes to their bodies on the other hand most people ignore all the warning signs and let their bodies burn out - Not good.

Like your phone or electronic devices your body needs to recharge regularly for maximum performance and recharges quicker and faster if you 'let it be'. Have you tried charging your phone while making a call? The phone heats up and takes double the amount of time to charge. I guess what I am trying to say is every now and then we need to prioritise shutting down body and mind completely in order to recharge.

Here are some of my favourite ways to unwind and recharge
  1. Grab a cuppa, good book and switch off your phone
  2. Have a bubble bath and soak your problems away
  3. Take a nap
  4. Catch up on your favourite shows

  5. Go for a long walk with a scenic route

    These are some ways I like to unwind, bet you can tell I have 'introverty' tendencies ;).

  1. I should really do number 1....I need to, but I can't switch off *crying* lol. Jeez I need a break!
