1 cup of chopped pineapple
1 banana (frozen) or ½ a cup of ice with fresh banana
2 tablespoon of shredded coconut
½ of coconut water

Shredded coconut flakes | |
INSTRUCTIONS
First add the coconut water and shredded coconut into the blender and pulse.
Then add the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
Sprinkle 1 or 2 teaspoons some dried shredded coconut and some chopped dates and enjoy with a spoon.
